You are not
alone. And you never were.

A faith-rooted community for young women — and anyone — navigating the hard, honest work of freedom from pornography. No shame. No judgment. Just freedom.

My Story.

I didn't set out to start a movement. I set out to find one person who understood.

I found pornography at 13. And for years after that, I was convinced I was the only woman in the world who struggled with it. I looked for resources and found nothing aside from men’s resources. What I did find was shame, silence, and a lot of dead ends.

So I started talking. I launched Sisters on the Front Lines three years ago because I knew how liberating and empowering it had been for me to finally share my story — and I wanted other young women to have that same experience. A place where their voice mattered. Where their story could be told without shame and without judgment. Where they could look around and finally feel less alone.

What I didn't expect was how many people were waiting for exactly that.

Today, Sisters on the Front Lines is a podcast, a community, and a coaching practice — built on the belief that your sexuality is God-given, that shame is a liar, and that you deserve support that actually moves you forward. I'm currently studying to become a licensed therapist at BYU, and everything I do is grounded in both lived experience and a deep commitment to your healing.

You are not broken. You are not alone. And you don't have to figure this out by yourself.

Work With Me

Presentations & Speaking

We need to start having this conversation.

I'm available to speak at young adult firesides, church events, women's retreats, conferences, and mental health panels. My presentations tackle the myths surrounding pornography head-on — the lie that struggling makes you broken or unlovable, the false beliefs that shame attaches to our identity, and the distorted messages our culture sends about our worth. Against every one of those myths, I bring in the God-given truths about who we actually are.

And I don't just teach it — I've lived it. In every presentation, I share my own story because the most powerful thing a speaker can do is make someone in the room feel like they are finally looking at someone who understands.

Every presentation is shame-free and approachable, especially for youth. My goal is for every person to leave feeling less alone and more grounded in who they are.
